Waters Acquity UPLC-QDA #1 (w/ PDA)
The Waters Acquity UPLC-QDA is a high performance UPLC system consisting of a quaternary solvent manager (QSM) and column manager (CM; four 50 mm UPLC columns or column by-pass) with column flow split 1:1 to a single quadrupole MS detector (QDA; m/z 50-1250) and photodiode array detector (PDA; 200-500 nm).
Standard reverse phase gradients are 0.1 % formic acid:acetonitrile or water:methanol. Direct injections possible in water, 0.1 % FA, acetonitrile or methanol
