The Agilent 1200 HPLC is equipped with a tunable UV detector (TUV) and 100-vial (12x32mm) autosampler. The system is best suited for analytical columns and larger sample sets. Solvent bottles can be changed to accomodate user customizable solvents systems, e.g. hexane, isopropanol etc.,so can be used for HILIC and chiral chemistry applications.
