The Beckmann System Gold HPLCs (2) are equipped with either a photodiode array detector or programmable UV detector. These systems can be used for larger scale purification of analytes from crude mixtures at semi-preparative and preparative scales using appropriate HPLC columns (dia: >2.6 cm).
